Did you know you can safely lose three pounds or more a week? With a healthy diet and lots of exercise you can burn 500 or more calories than you intake every day for a week, you can lose 1-3 pounds. Also you can  lose weight faster if you drink about eight ounces of water before you eat, this will help you eat less.

Don’t do too much to soon, pace yourself. Doing too much too quick can make you sick and its dangerous. Go slow at first then work your way up to your goal. Pretty soon the pounds will fall off and give you some motivation. We all know those fast weight loss diets that the stars do can sound great. But remember if it sounds to good be true, it probably is. Stay away from drugs that promise weight loss. They also are very dangerous. A simple diet plan like the one above will get you the results you want.
